Process Engineer (Perm/Freelance)

Tâches & Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer / Analyst to support ongoing process optimisation and efficiency initiatives within a banking environment. The role involves end-to-end process analysis, redesign, and implementation in collaboration with both business and technical teams.

Analyse, model, and document existing business processes
Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Design and propose optimised or reengineered processes aligned with business objectives
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and validate findings
Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and operational teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
Support change management and the implementation of process improvements
Monitor process performance using KPIs and recommend further improvements
Ensure proper documentation and version control of all process-related materials

Profil attendu

At least 3 years of experience in process analysis or engineering within the banking sector
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, or regulatory constraints
Experience with process modelling standards (e.g., BPMN) and tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, and English
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
