Process Engineer (Perm/Freelance)

Tâches & Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer / Analyst to support ongoing process optimisation and efficiency initiatives within a banking environment. The role involves end-to-end process analysis, redesign, and implementation in collaboration with both business and technical teams.

 

  • Analyse, model, and document existing business processes
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and propose optimised or reengineered processes aligned with business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and validate findings
  • Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and operational teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
  • Support change management and the implementation of process improvements
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and recommend further improvements
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of all process-related materials

Profil attendu

  • At least 3 years of experience in process analysis or engineering within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, or regulatory constraints
  • Experience with process modelling standards (e.g., BPMN) and tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, and English
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
