Business Analyst (Perm/Freelance)

Tâches & Responsabilités

  • Analyse business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, and project managers to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of banking solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with key users to define business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
  • Support testing phases by validating delivered functionalities against requirements and assisting users during UAT.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

Profil attendu

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector (retail, private, or corporate banking).
  • Demonstrated experience working in project environments using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp complex business topics quickly.
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English, French, Dutch – both written and spoken.
  • Familiar with tools such as MS Office, Jira/Confluence, BPMN tools, and data analysis software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
